The Mornington Tourist Railway is always keen to hear feedback from its customers and the community .

Who can lodge feedback?

Any person or organisation can lodge a complaint, compliment or suggestion.

How to lodge feedback

Often a complaint can be cleared up by raising them informally with the people involved. In many instances, your concerns can be resolved through informal discussion.

A friendly volunteers love a good compliment or the sharing of ideas or suggestions, so please don’t hesitate to raise these at the time of your visit.

If however you wish to give formal feedback to the Mornington Tourist Railway Committee of Management, please put your feedback in writing and address it to:

As much information as possible needs to be included so that an appropriate response can be made.

Please include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • A detailed description
  • Date, time and location
  • Any identifying details
  • Where appropriate, the names or description of the people involved
  • Where appropriate, the names of the MRPS volunteers involved
  • The details of any witnesses, supporting documentation or other relevant information
  • Suggested remedial action (if considered appropriate)
